This notice describes the current DeskHoot website and the locally available support platform. Production privacy and service terms must be finalized before public launch.

Accounts and support data

Get Started and Log in open the DeskHoot platform. It stores account details, password hashes, project memberships, customer conversations, attachments, and operational records needed to provide support. Verification and recovery codes are sent through the configured email service. Google sign-in is available only when its provider connection has been configured.

The product walkthrough

The conversations and controls use sample data. They do not connect to your workspace or perform account changes. Your motion preference may be saved in your browser. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Previously submitted contact details

If you previously sent us your email or product website through the contact form, those details are used to respond to your request and provide the updates you agreed to receive. Creating a platform account does not add or change those earlier contact records.

Website operation

Hosting services may process ordinary server logs when you visit the website.
