What is included in my plan?
Every plan includes a shared inbox, live chat, tickets, notes, and saved replies. Starter includes 3 team members, Growth includes 10, and Scale includes 25. Use the plan comparison for storage and reporting details.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months of support upfront and get 12 months. The saving also applies to extra customer capacity. The cards show the monthly equivalent and the full yearly charge. Your customer allowance renews every month.
What counts as a customer helped?
A customer counts once in a monthly allowance period when a teammate sends the first public reply. Repeat visits and replies in that period do not count again. Private notes and unanswered spam do not use the allowance.
How does the usage slider work?
Choose your monthly usage to see every plan that fits. Growth adds capacity in blocks of 2,500 for $10/month, up to 25,000 customers. Scale adds blocks of 10,000 for $20/month, up to 100,000. The cards include enough capacity to cover your selection and show the total price. Yearly billing also discounts extra capacity.
We recommend the lowest-priced plan that fits; at the same price, the plan with more team members wins. Your team size, storage, and other needs may make a different plan a better choice. Starter supports up to 500 customers.
Does Get Started begin a paid plan?
No. Get Started creates your DeskHoot account. A subscription starts only after you choose a plan and complete checkout. Prices shown are before any applicable taxes.
